is the rebirth of a great Westchester restaurant
tradition begun in the same location in North
Salem, NY by Auberge Maxime.
Proprietors Jean and Sophie Lebris have created
VOX to follow in Maxime's footsteps but with some
imaginative twists, updating
menu regulars in tandem with the vision of Executive
Chef Eric Ulbrich,
